Have you ever wanted to beat up a Chinese guy with NO repercussions (well mostly

I am sure we all have at some point but that's not really what I mean. I have been browsing some martial art schools in China as the urge to train in one has arisen. Yes, most of them seem kind of junky... like fat kid camps or overly fancy and stupid styles... and yes, most Kung Fu styles are useless... go on Youku and watch (Kung Fu Fight Quest vs Fight Quest). But I found a new school that looked pretty sweet. They teach the three styles that are actually functional like Sanda (taught to the Chinese army), Wing Chun (IP Man taught to Bruce Lee) and Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's own martial arts style). Anyway... to the point... they have a program called "Sanda Fighter" and basically they train you for like a month and then they arrange you fights with amateur fighters. So you can beat up Chinese guys and let out all those years of anger... granted these guys can probably fight back. It costs like $870 (food, board and training etc.).Anyone interested in martial arts? Every thought about going to one of these camps? An interesting experience for the Summer holiday?

First of all, after your month of training, those amateur fighters will most likely beat your ass while texting their girlfriend. One month is not enough.
I say that cuzz a friend and I were learning MMA at a gym back home and fought a few of their 'amateurs'. Oh my gosh. But you do learn a lot by getting your ass kicked by the 'amateurs'. Really. And it only hurts for a few days. Or a week or two. After some fights you actually do improve.
And it should be about self defense. Nothing worse than that martial arts dude who's always looking for an easy fight. But I get that you're just venting.
Only one I'd like to hurt, but I would be quite happy to simply never see him again. Former boss. Lied all the time. All the freakin time.
Anyway that really sounds like a lot of fun, tbh. But don't do it expecting easy fights with cupcakes.
